PERKINS COUNTY VETERINARY HOSPITAL


The Perkins County Veterinary Hospital is a companion animal hospital located in southwest Nebraska. The hospital was opened in 2000 by Shannon Jensen, DVM. Dr. Jensen is a graduate of Colorado State Univeristy with an undergratuate degree in Equine Science. We are a companion animal hospital, that is dedicated to a variety of domesticated animals such as dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters to name a few. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house radiograph and ultrasound capabilities, in-house blood testing and lab, a closely supervised hospitalization area, a grooming facility, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor exercise pen. We also work closely with CSU for referrals when needed.
